Commercial Usage & Licensing

1. Commercial Rights

Upon full payment, clients receive a commercial usage license for delivered visual assets, allowing use in websites, advertisements, social media, e-commerce platforms, and marketing campaigns.

2. Ownership

NovaPixel Studio retains the right to showcase completed work in portfolio, marketing materials, case studies, and website galleries unless a Non-Disclosure Agreement (NDA) is signed prior to project commencement.

3. Restrictions

Clients may not:

• Resell raw or unedited files
• Claim authorship of the original production process
• Redistribute assets as standalone digital products without permission
